I have a customer using the current release of Sage 100 Payroll on Sage 100 Adv 2020
They would like to have:
a. One group of employees who are flagged "email" only receive DD stubs via email - with the PDF saved to paperless
b. The remaining group ( not flagged as email ) JUST have the DD PDF saved and not paper print
Their business reason for doing this is that they are using a third-party HR system to read the PDF stubs out of the paperless directory and don't want/need the paper.

It almost seems like there is no way to eliminate paper unless you somehow can update the payroll by
a. Electronically Deliver Only ( don't update )
b. PDF/All
c. Update
I'm unsure whether doing this is going to cause duplicate DD stubs on (b) for those who've already had them emailed/saved?
Has anyone dealt with anything similar?
I do see that there is a checkbox for "Email" and one for "Print" however the grid in the Sage KB article doesn't seem to have a way to not generate any paper and only email some and save the rest. Or am I misreading this?
