The attachments for Paperless is set at the time of printing the form that is used. When you select at the time of printing anything that has paperless option with electronic delivery and E-Mail is checked/used for that delivery, you have a place to add additional attachments.
This is where you will put your T&C and click ok. I do not think I have found a way to keep the file in the settings so you didn't have to set it each time. If it did then you would just set a unique form based on the common attachment.
To have a client send the signed sales order copy for every invoice, would not be possible with paperless as it is. Couple of issues 1) is it using the paperless copy that was made and if so which version? last one printed? 2) are you wanting to validate the lines with the sales order? You could add to the invoice additional lines and the signed SO would not match (but that is the reason for sending the signed SO)
I could see KS doing this if you use the field SalesOrderNo from the SO_InvoiceHeader as part of the file name. Problem is going to be which copy.
I could see doing a developer mod to do that and just tell it to use the last form printed.

Although v2019+ now has the ability to attach additional documents via Paperless e-mailing, it seems like it has to be done for each and every applicable form (e.g. invoice) being e-mailed. Therefore, it doesn't appear to allow for automatically attaching the same addt'l doc (e.g. W-9, T&C's, etc.) to all e-mails. Am I missing something? Actually strike that; see my addt'l/new post below.
For a different need, my client would like to attach the signed sales order copy to each applicable invoice being e-mailed via Paperless, but it seems like that would need to be a manual process for each invoice.
Has anyone yet worked much with this new "Additional Attachments When Emailing Paperless Forms" feature?
@Todd Martin?

I started doubting my memory so I went and double-checked the manual and it appears that the program does allow files to be included with Paperless Office invoices:
S/O InstaDocs Copyright © 1993-2019 DSD BUSINESS SYSTEMS User's Manual
Attach Tagged Documents to Email Deliveries: Select this option to have Tagged Documents attached to email deliveried when electronically sending invoices through Paperless Office.
Thank you,

You could maybe consider MBA's (@Todd Martin) Paperless Attachment enhancement.
@Douglas Luchansky, I didn't think InstaDocs had Paperless e-mailing attachment capability but I could certainly be wrong. @Nicole Ronchetti or anyone, can you confirm.
I thought at some point in the past I included a hyperlink on a Crystal .rpt form which became clickable in the .pdf, however the last time I tried I couldn't get it working. Might be worth Googling it.
