Pam Scott had a good suggestion of creating an Abra group. I think this is a good move -- and I'm wondering if we should: a. Set a minimum # of specialists in order to open a sub-group -- I'd suggest 10 b. Consider whether these should be External Groups (which means we must manually invite people) or Public (which means people join on their own) Making them public is really the only scalable way --- though if they're public we will lose ability to potentially invite in third party vendors to an external only group (which would be the appropriate type of place). Ultimately I'm starting to think the only reasonable way to manage this Socialcast group is to make them public - and if in the future we want to have external groups we just create a very limited # of ""Vendor Exchange"" where we'd invite everyone. I can't see us continuing to invite every single person manually and deal with the ""I didn't get an invites"" -- probably the groups need to be created public from here forward. Thoughts?

As part of opening a group we should either already have active conversations (such as we did with Job Ops) or there needs to be x people actively involved with the product. In my mind that number is 10 but I could be convinced otherwise...
