  • 1.  Package tracking in Invoice History

    Hi all,

    I have a customer that cannot use the package tracking in Invoice History.  The process works until you try to trace the package. (tracking number appears but once you try to seach, nothing happens.)  Other users in the system are having no problem and they can get the tracking report.

    Things I have tried:

    reinstalling the workstation.
    Turning off Antivirus

    I am stumped.  What else could be causing the issue.  Thanks for you help in advance.

    The tracking screen uses the browser to access the web sites.  Chances are there are some security rule that is preventing that workstation from accessing the tracking web site.
    Find out what their default browser is, and change it to say Chrome or Firefox.  Chances are it will start working.
