Outstanding Sage Support. One of our JobOps customers has a Sage Gold Plan to cover their Sage support issues. Good ole Sage installed 2016 PU 4 to solve some ugly issues they were having, without any regard to the fact that JobOps was installed, and for which there is no compatible JO release......and no backup made......system down. No excuse for self-inflicted wounds.

Interested to hear what Sage offered in this case.

Sage sent the customer an email instructing them to contact their third party product support. Wow. I wish I could skate out of my screw ups that easily.

What do we expect when Sage never formally rolled out Sage Manufacturing and has done no promotion. Clueless.

I would also refer this back to Synergistic Software, so they can weigh in on this with Sage management.

2016.04 has been out at least two months - when are they planning to be compatible?

JobOps is releasing their compatible version on 05/08 for 2016.4 along with 2017.1

oh wow! and who installs a PU without making a backup first? My guess is that Sage Support did not even understand ""manufacturing"" is a third party add on. Jeez!
