Outside of SageCRM, what quoting tools are people using that are integrated to Sage 100? Client has ruled out SageCRM but still wants something new that integrates. Ideas?

Are you looking for CRM tools or an enhanced SO mechanism for Sage?

Greytrix has an integration to Salesforce. https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000000psM5EAI

The client wants a web platform to enter quotes that can then be converted/imported to Sage 100 Sales Order Entry. They want the ability to email the quotes and maintain history.

Thanks @MichaelNottoli - have you used that integration from SalesForce to Sage 100?

It sounds like they aren't really looking for CRM if this is their main pain. Quotewerks might meet their needs without the CRM overhead.

No, we've got a few customers giving it a ""hard look"" at Summit.

@JerryNorman - do you have clients using Quotewerks? I took a look at it and it might be a good solution.

No. But I've followed it for a long time. The main thing to focus on with it is how to sync the product details with what you keep in CRM. Repeating here, but if quoting is their primary motivation, the rest of the CRM implementation will be seen as ""getting in the way."" I was horribly burned a decade ago in a similar case.
