This standalone product offers View/Search capabilities of Sage 100 Data making it an essential tool for team members who need quick access to customer data without switching context or for those who would not typically have direct logins to the Sage 100 system. Users can easily view the latest invoice sent or stock levels for a specific item directly from their phone or within Microsoft 365 Outlook.
Additionally, the product features the ability to capture communications with customers via email, What's app or SMS. This functionality allows users to record extra details related to customers, orders or invoices, providing a comprehensive history to understand the context of decisions made or the current status of customers.
