Sage 100

I have had this happen at two different clients now.

I have an AP import which does NOT include the Header Invoice Total field - it just includes the Line Amount field.

Works great for a while.

Suddenly begins failing with error on the Header record that the Invoice is Out of Balance

So I add a column on the input file with the invoice grand total, add the Header Invoice Total field into the import and try again - same error

Take the Header Invoice Total field back out and try again... and now it mysteriously works.  No changes to the input file between not working and working.

Anyone else seen similar?  This is on two wildly different versions of Sage - 2023 and 2018

I wonder if maybe there is data corruption within your import source file.  Or maybe some sort of rounding issue?

Didn't change the file and it works now.
