Committee Events

Our meeting tomorrow (1:30 CT) will focus on two items, although there are some other, minor ones. 1)Attempt to decide on the Pre-Summit training specifics. Please come with some ideas about how to move this forward. I talked with Kimberly Wallace, the event liaison, and she says these will be at either Palmer House or Hilton. We do NOT have minimums for food/beverage at these events, courtesy of Sage's overall deal. 2)Agree on how best to approach Sage Management for our meeting request. I told Kimberly that we would most likely hold our social event Sunday evening; she confirmed that Tuesday will be Party Night. So if we can get multiple rooms, we can have smaller meetings. If we can have multiple meetings, we can get more creative with presentations. If we don't have to eat there, we can go to nearby restaurants for food and/or tell the attendees that they have 90 minutes for lunch on their own.

Today's meeting - 04/14/16 - I will be unable to attend the meeting. I have traded e-mails with Sandra Smith regarding SI's participation. I will be talking with her next week about it. I have NOT had a chance to get a data set from a client. If any other committee member has a client that might be inclined to share, please let me know. It would be nice if we could get a data set with multiple segments with a lot of transactions.
