Our existing Sage CRM clients are linked to Sage 100. When they are remote users their IT department has set up connections via Terminal Services.
We have a prospect that does not want to use Terminal Services for remote users, but instead access CRM via the internet and a VPN connection. Are there any known issues with this configuration for remote users who want to access CRM as well as link to Sage 100 (MAS 200)?
