Our Shared Google Drive is where we are working to save all sorts of technical knowledge that comes up in discussions within the forums.
Why Google Drive?
- Better search
- File storage, search and document creation is part of Google Workspace's core functionality ( and the group already pays for a Workspace account)
- Less costly overall for sharing with a large group ( we don't have to pay per seat to let you access the files and knowledge )
Why create our own and not rely on (a) Sage KB or (b) one of the large BPAC VARS
- 90 Minds frequently has knowledge not in the Sage KB
- The VAR landscape is in constant flux - especially with Sage 100 - relying on individual VAR organizations to maintain this information is not the best long term strategy to share, build and improve our collective Sage 100 knowledge.
