Our client is on version 4.50.7107.015. We set up five Distribution Instructions for a single SI report and synced these instructions to Task Scheduler 1.0. We're finding that Task Scheduler will not perform all five. It will only complete the first two and sometimes three. What's interesting is I can successfully distribute all five manually from the report template by clicking ""Send Now"" from the BI Tools tab. We have the Task Scheduler security options checked to ""Run with the highest privileges."" We also have ""Run only when user is logged on,"" but the user has been logged on when Task Scheduler is kicked off, so that should be okay. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there something else we need to look at?

FYI... we came up with a work-around. The SI report template consisted of 10 tabs (excluding source data and parameter data): tabs 1-3 are to be distributed to managers of Company A, tabs 4-5 to Company B, tabs 6-7 to Company C, tabs 8-9 to Company D, and tab 10 to the corporate finance manager. As I mentioned before, we initially set up 5 SI distribution instructions and synched all 5 to a single task in Task Scheduler. The task would kick off but only the first two (sometimes three) distributions would take place. Our work-around was to split the report up into five separate SI reports, each with its own distribution instruction. We then associated these instructions to 5 tasks in Task Scheduler and stacked each to run approx 45 min apart. All five distributions now take place without a hitch.
