    Our 7.1 Sage CRM client is having problems exporting to Excel. When they use the ""Find Company"" form it returns a list of 112 records. When they try to export the list they get an error message: ""Error Creating Export Test File Error Generating Report"" They have Excel installed on the server. Thanks for your help, Leonard

    Can you view dashboards? Could be your tomcat service and/or the java version on the server is too new. Java needs to be version 6 update 27.
