Other than alerts and workflows, is there a (less expensive) method to schedule Crystal reports to be emailed to one or more users?

There is also Logicity Solutions. I think it's $100 for the Professional version and free for the regular version

@BethBowers and @RobertWhite , is this your go to solution or only when their is a strict budget? What are the lost features?

Visual Cut is strictly a schedule to send at x time, whereas I think alerts and workflows can scan for changes to data files and trigger a send (ie - shipment notification, order acknowledgment, etc).

@LarryBradford this is my preferred solution for use of use. The only thing I use knowledgesync for is if I need to monitor a database change or select new records that is run multiple times during the day

Thanks everyone. This is great information. I have several customers using knowledgesync but probably half of them only use it to schedule reports and don't use the alerts feature. It is great to know there are less expensive options if you are trying to schedule a Crystal report.

I have spoken to Ido many times about a possible demo . He does have many videos on his website that review the features, Great product....
