Organizational Special Meeting
I've created a survey for everyone list the times that would work for them to meet online to discuss using an association management company.
Costs of the company would vary depending upon the amount of work we ask them to perform. I am expecting the costs to be in the range of $1,500 to $ 4,500 per month depending on how much work they do. They can manage (perform) just about all of our roles.
I do not see us continuing to pay ourselves for the same tasks - so there would not be an issue of double payment. In essence instead of paying us we pay an outside company.
I believe we should have them assist us with creating a board structure as well as look at and suggest any revisions to bylaws.
I would defer to their recommendation on what that structure looks like but I'm thinking it's more of a rotating board of directors with separately expiring terms. The board probably comes from our membership at large.
