  • 1.  Optimizing Order Fullfillment

    I have a prospect shipping over a hundred orders per day in need of a program that will prioritize which orders have the highest likelihood of shipping complete.  Optimally, it would then print the picking tickets.  Kinda like MSP (material shipments planning) that would run each morning but not take a long time to calculate.

    Any enhancements come to mind?

    I don't have any "off the shelf" offerings so to speak other than my PII reporting workarounds and I'm not publicly posting those for reasons that should be obvious. Even the Pick database is customized for the particulars of how companies operate their fulfillment departments. It's been recently re-written and I am waiting for more user feedback before I put it on the Web site.

    You have inspired me to at least update my broken Web site for the 1st time in at least a decade.
