    I am working a potential Sage 100 opportunity in Ft. Smith Arkansas with core financials and an integration to a thrid party operations software (mostly developed but may need tweaking based upon user requirements).

    Who in the community covers that area?

    During the sales cycle I find it better to offer options to the customer for cloud or on-premise as a differentiator vs. "true cloud" applications.   Then during the implementation process, there is still value in human connection and having a local presence offers greater capability for human touch, lower cost travel and again differentiates Sage 100 from the "direct sales force" of some of the publishers who sell direct!
