  • 1.  Operations Management 2025 parts missing from work ticket history inquiry for some orders

    Sage 100 Advanced 2025.1 with Operations Management (JobOps).  For  a few orders (that we know about) the Parts Entry tab has no items in it.  Sales Order history does have the items, and the WT and step info is there, WT Part is checked according to DFDM.

    Rebuild all sorts did not fix it.  Any ideas on where else to look?  How to determine how many orders are affected?

    Does this show up as an error on the Data Validation Report?   

    Also, highly suggest the v2025.1 Hot Fix for Sales Journal, if you have not already installed that fix. (which I think was worthy of a notification to Partners, which we did not receive).  

    It is critical as it does not properly relieve WIP if they post Labor Hours, or AP Direct Costs, or Partial Closings; and it also fixes adding to Equipment Asset Maintenance those inventory items flagged to do so.

    @Madeline Stefanou - not on the data validation report.  Is that an OM hotfix or a  Sage hotfix?

    sorry for not being clear.  An Operations Management Hot Fix for Sales Journal Update in OM v2025 PU1 (also the latest PU for v2024 and v2023).  

    In Work Ticket Entry --> Select the 10-digit WT Number --> Select the Step Number --> Go to the Parts Entry Tab --> above the grid, is it set to show Unbilled, All, Billed or Hidden?  Try flipping that status.  Do the parts show up for you now?

    We received these repair programs and IMO should be listed on the hot-fixes for v2025. Backup the existing before putting in place in the JT folder

    Glad to hear @Phil McIntosh there was a fix for this from Endpoint AS.  @Lisa Dion I don't see it as a Hot Fix, and agree, it needs to be published on the JobOps Portal as a known issue and as a Download Hot Fix.  Can I email Endpoint asking this to be published?  Can we bring this up to management at Endpoint?

    This isn't necessarily a hot fix as it is inquiring into data.  Endpoint should be publishing this on their regular KB site with a download for this program for version 2025, and any other version that they may have this fixed for.  This definitely should be brought up at the meeting.

    the WT Transaction Detail Report from History excludes all this material.  It is not just a WT History Inquiry Display problem.

    Good to know, and even more reason for this to be published on their KB.  Any bug that has been reported - fixed or not fixed (but verified) - should be on their KB.
