One of our clients uses an Amazon Cloud server for their MAS 200 access across all 4 of their locations. The system seems to work adequately but after their IT person added a new front counter workstation at one location, a printer issue cropped up on another user's print cycle. When this user tries to print to ANY of the remote printers in the office from MAS, everything is redirected to her own local printer. However, when she prints a Windows test page to any of these remote printers, those print fine to the remote printers. This is not user specific because it happens no matter what MAS user is logged in. Any ideas?

I've been having a similar, but not exact, issue with a VPN/TS combo for a user that can't print to their local directly connected printer but can to the network printers. Someone in this group (and I blush that I can't recall who) said to uninstall ALL the printers from the workstation with the issue and reinstall. The second suggestion was to use generic print drivers and see it that solves it.

For printing on terminal services we use ThinPrint. Works great and does not require print drivers to be installed on the server. Even works great with label printers

Citrix Universal Printer Driver works great in our environment. We only install specific printer drivers for funky copiers where people need to specify tray 3 is the green copy and they use the multi-print function in sage and need multiple versions of the same printer to accomplish somehting. It gets tricky because the drivers need to be named differently to not confuse the terminal servers.
