On Windows 7 machines: can not access the ""Printer"" button from a report/form printing window. Open a canned report (have observed on 4.4 and 4.5), select the ""Setup"" button on the report printing window. The ""Printer"" button is missing from the Page Options screen, so you can't access the Printing Preferences. When I test on my XP machine, the Printer button is present and active. This was reported by a client, who wants to access the option to print double-sided. I can duplicate on my Windows 7 and XP boxes. I've tested with 2 different printers on my network and get the same results. Anyone else notice this?

How's this for a mixed message? I found a resid 525556. Engineering status: Closed - NAB. Version Corrected: blank. Fix expected in Product Update: 4.50.

Update: Another workaround not posted in the resid: From within the Page Options screen, click ALT P, which opens up the ""old"" Page Setup window and lets you access the Printer Prefs. Steffan at Sage said he would update the resid. The issue is with a Crystal DLL and how it behaves with 64-bit, which they won't fix in the current release.
