on site upgrading 100 4.2 standard to 2014 pu1.... customer doesn't know admin password on old system. Does the ""secret solution"" work converting to 2014? If it does can someone please send it to me at doug@mcsresults.com? I have been on hold with Sage tech support for 45 minutes. I am sitting here with the filled out form ready for a case number so I can fax it in. What a complete waste of time.

It's not publicly shared as it is a security you don't want everyone skirting. If you need it, do as Doug did and Wayne or someone will share it with you directly @KarenOLane .
