on site converting converting system files from v4.2 standard to 2014 pu1 standard. At what seems to be the end, the following message occurs: ""Prepare failed with the following error: An error occurred generating the Providex.kdf file error #11: record not found or duplicate key on write."" I deleted instlock from the home folder. When I try and launch MAS I now get ""file xxxxxx not found.

I have no useful information, but I wanted to say that a customer got this same message while installed Crystal Reports after installing 2014.1. I think I would blow it away, remigrate and try conversion again. Making sure the Instlock file is removed from 4.20 and before conversion at 2014. Or re-install program files and updates at 2014?
