On my internal 2014 (5.1.3) I have the check boxes unchecked to show Inactive Customers in ALE. Still showing up, in both Std and customized ALE. Have reconverted my ALE, updated screens again, turned flag off and on. Also tested in XYZ, not working there, either. Tested in both Customer Maintenance and AR Invoice Data Entry. Lastly, stood on head and barked like a dog. Is there some other switch I'm missing? I don't see any options for this to be by user....

Inactive will always show up in Customer, Vendor, or Item Maintenance. They should, however, be hidden in all other ALEs.

I am surprised the barking like a dog into solve it.

@BillPfahnl - that's what I finally suspected, which is why I also tested it in Invoice Data Entry. And @DougHiggs - you KNOW I've got that dog barking perfected...
