Sage CRM

On a SageCRM 7.1 install I have this text showing up on the page in the bottom left under the login button. Metadataloaderror: Error loading table Visitor: UnableToConnectToDB Error loading table VisitorProfile: UnableToConnectToDB Any idea what this is and how to get rid of it? It doesn't seem to be affecting anything, it just looks ugly. (I also attached the screenshot)

It's because you linked to an external database / table that is no longer available / accessible. Maybe it was moved, maybe the user credentials were changed ...

Hmmm...this is a fresh new install of CRM 7.1 ...not sure what external table I would have been linked to. I did have to change the sa password after the initial of install of CRM with SQL Express ...so maybe that had something to do with it?

It is definitely accessing CRM or you wouldn't be able to launch it. Did you install Self Service? or Integration with MAS?

Definitely installed Integration with MAS (integration is working with MAS without issue) but I don't remember seeing any prompt about Self Service install.
