    On a 4.5.7 MAS 90 (not 200), on the VI jobs menu is a job that imports into Payroll Data Entry. Been working fine. As part of my pre-upgrade interview process, I launch Import Job Maintenance and get the dreaded ""Job validations contain obsolete file references . . . Job will be deleted message. Copied the VI folder from a backup , but when try to run the job from the Job Select Menu, get an Error 11. What else must I restore in order to get this job working again?

    Either from the old system, Edit the VI PR import job by deleting ALL job cost validation lines (think there are about 3), save the VI job, then export it. Import into v2014. All should work.

    I was thinking you may need to remove the job from the menu and then add it back...based on the steps you described. But, I like Jeff's answer better than my guess. :-)

    Well, this opened up a can o' worms. Long story short, no good backup (have call out to IT to address the backup situation). This issue came up several years ago, and was not fully addressed, but the job has been working all this time. We will re-create the job from scratch, and in the process ""clean up"" VI.
