Does that include their GoTo Assist product or just their server products?

Oh, good point, @MichaelMcDonald. I'm referring to their server product(s).

Don't hold back. Tell us how you really feel. What is today's issue du jour?

    Primarily Outlook-related, @JeffSchwenk. Constant crashes.

It's usually the Citrix consultants that give Citrix a bad name, and I should know since I'm Citrix XenApp certified! Two biggest issues are printing and Outlook, so it's best to make sure both are as up-to-date as possible.

There is also the on going issue with SPS and Citrix. Not sure if THAT issue is resolved though I think it is up to SPS to fix it.

Agreed on XenApp v. GoToAssist and so on. I feel like no one employs people who understand XenApp so we're all fumbling! Our SPS clients that use Citrix have to have a whole different workstation installed or else SE installs new everytime they log in. Took a while to get that set up.

@RhondaMcNamara - Can you share the different workstation installation? Or has this finally the resolution that SPS should be telling me about. I am in the dark with it. TIA

What our citrix guy did is write a command prompt script that runs when the user launches the published Sage100 application. It will launch the Sage Exchange software (in the background) as part of it. The script is launching the Sage Exchange that is on the Citrix server itself. We are lucky we have really good Citrix guys.

So in essence the problem remains? But your guys were able to run it in the background so that it wasn't as noticeable??
