Hi there

I have a client that signed up for Operations Management. They say they also want scheduling and I did not add on Enhanced Scheduling.

Çan anyone tell me the basic scheduling functionality without Enhanced Scheduling, such as are production start/due dates updated automaticlly, any out of the box reports to show when to make stuff, does exception component manager look at dates, etc?

Any reason to recommend or not recommend enhanced scheduling?

Doug,

It will be extremely limited without Enhanced Scheduling. Without it, you can enter Production Start and Due Dates on a WT, but they have to be maintained. Enhanced Scheduling offers date-based and capacity-based scheduling options. Those are only available when you have the scheduling module. Let me know if you want to discuss in more detail.
