    I believe it is 4.5

    4.5.8 - must be on product update 8 or better.
    if on an earlier version of Sage, you can do an interim to a version higher than 4.5.8 and then to 2019.  It doesn't have to be 4.5.8 before 2019, that's just a minimum.

    FYI... Sage added the 4.5.8 as an official download, so no more hunting for the installer!
