    Hi All,

       Does anyone have info on this error?   It has been so long I can't remember (and Sage has pulled down all the "old" info).  This is on a 4.05 Standard install

     

    Error 47 in program SOWDBA at line 10620

    Most errors 47 on legacy modules required rebuilding Keys then Sorts for the module.

    Line 10620 is reading SO5$ which is invoice data entry header record.  The record appears to be short

    Rebuilding SO5, Relinking SO6 and rebuilding S/O Sort files should fix.

    Hi - it is looking for a date in the primary string [  SO5$ ] , that is probably NG. and possibly doing some date math on it  .....

    Look at or around position 280, where the date is stored with the year packed, followed by MMDD

    hopefully you can use data file display and maintenance to look at some good invoices and compare to the bad one.

    Something to do with "Warranty" ... ?

    Well I did figure out it had to do with the warranty date for a couple of lines on the invoice.  I tried to get the date to work right & wound up just clearing the warranty from the line.   The order was quite old & suspect that might have been part of the issue.
