A 100c customer of mine got this same email on Friday. She asked me if it would help with making vacation and sick accruals work off of employee anniversary dates. Nope. It's for time keeping only.
One of my team members recommended this solution to a customer and she has discovered that Sage controls the relationship with the customer directly. They do not want the partners involved and won't communicate with partners in any way, shape, or form, even if we're the ones hooking them up.
