    Ok, this is driving me nuts. Have both 4.30 and 4.40 installed on the same workstation, and also have Crystal 10 and 11 both installed. However, it seems that my Designer button on the various MAS form printing screens only shows based on which Crystal was last installed. For example, just reinstalled Crystal 11, so my Designer button appears on the 4.40 form printing screens; but the button is then missing in 4.30. If I now install Crystal 10, the button will appear in 4.30 but then won't show in 4.40. I don't recall seeing this issue previoulsly.

    When we first started dealing with 10 and 8.5, we found registry entries were being over written by 10. Someone posted a fix using batch files to switch the registry entries. It worked OK but I just go used to putting the latest on the server only until we went live.

    I figured it had something to do with Registry entries. I didn't have this issue on XP, but on Win7 I am.
