Ok, take a breath and see if you can follow this: Customer on 2017 Std. Gmail SMTP server. Electronically delivering documents, one right after the other. Statement printing window open - she sends out a statement to Customer A, then one to Customer B). So far so good. Minimizes Statement Printing window. Opens Customer Maintenance window, selects an invoice, electronically delivers to Customer B. Rinse and repeat with a 2nd invoice to Customer B. A minute later, maximizes the Statement window and sends out another statement. This one goes to Customer C, but the subject line displays the Customer Name field from Customer B (the statement goes to the correct customer - it's just the customer name in the subject line that's inaccurate). The next statement goes to Customer D, but the subject line also displays Customer B's name. She follows up by sending a couple more invoices to Customer E, then statements to Customers F & G. 2 minutes later, she sends a statement to Customer H, which has Customer G's name in the subject line. There are a couple more deliveries with issues, and the pattern isn't 100% consistent. I'm wondering if there may be a timing issue going on and/or if the fact that both a Statement Window and a Customer Maintenance window being open in the task bar is relevant. All the deliveries are made within a minute of each other (looking at the email receipt dates - she copies herself). Anyone had a client with this experience?

Don't use merge fields"" is their 'answer'? Typical of Sage lately.

I thought we had a similar issue and there was a setting about lock files in pl_advancedoptions_ui that needed to be set

Sage needs to clearly identify which versions a problem report applies to. I also agree with @MoiraGoggin that Sage's standard response these days is either 1) Don't do that , 2) That's how it's supposed to work or 3) You're wrong, that's how it's supposed to work. All delivered in an antagonistic tone. Source: My last 5 calls to Sage about product defects in their product.

And did Sage charge you for all 5 calls @WayneSchulz, even though you were doing their Q&A job?

No extra charge but I got a **super sized version of attitude** for all 5 calls. So I have that going for me.

People have been to say to me ""It is not WHAT you say, but HOW you say it"".... And they are probably muttering under their breath - ""Of all the call center temp jobs I applied for, why in the hell did I take the Sage job?
