ok ok. Silliness aside, here is a more serious and straightforward approach. I am still waiting to gain access to the communities in order to proceed with that portion. Do you also want instructions for adding contacts @MoiraGoggin ?

@RobertWood said he'd work on automation rules set up tonight. So look for connections tomorrow, I'm not sure how long it takes for rules to apply through out entire dataset, on a SaaS system. Lets stick these initial topcis: 1st Login Setting up your Profile (and all the digest settings by community) Navigating Discussions Your first post in Higher Logic (add all the ways to reply too) Using Search Library entries (this will be a topic for tomorrow meeting too, anyone can post to libraries right now and gobs of stuff, like a total dump from their FB or dropbox) Logging Out

Sure thing! I will do as many of these as I can tonight then finish up the rest tomorrow.

I got the automation rules setup. I changed the settings so they'd run every hour so you should see groups in less than an hour.

Thanks @RobertWood I was able to access it last night and get some work done before heading out to my company Christmas party, woot! Will everyone automatically become members of the communities, or will they need to join? Just wondering if I need to include how to join a committee? If so, can I remove myself from one and re-add?

@RobertWood Can you make the michelle.forsey@outlook.com a regular user (not an admin?) I just noticed I can Create new Communities on that account, I am not sure what else will be in my screenshots that shouldn't be. Easy enough to photoshop that one out, but going forward it would be good to see what everyone else will see.

@MichelleForsey that account isn't an admin but I will see what is going on.

Check it again when you get a chance, @MichelleForsey. There was a security setting that needed changing.

That fixed it, no logging out and logging in required - as an FYI - just a page refresh. Thoughts on the joining vs. already being added to the communities @RobertWood ? I left the Sage 300 community on that account, but now I can't see it in the list of available to join communities?

@MichelleForsey that's probably a great topic for conversation at today's meeting.
