Ok maybe I'm crazy - but read this story that Seth Fineberg did on Himanshu Palsule and tell me whether the headline could just as easily have been that 67% of Sage partners unsure of re-branding.
Also there's a crazy paragraph at the end which seems to imply that Sage's products are (or shortly will be) self-upgradeable.
I'm hoping that what Himanshu was talking about was Peachtree (Which would have fit given that he was at the Sleeter Conference which dealt mostly with QuickBooks level products).
Here's the quote:
'If you used to make a livelihood at a certain end of the value chain, you may need to change that. Go help clients with your advice and expertise and don't worry about the next upgrade.' I hope all partners can make the leap.
