OK, just when I thought the 2013 upgrades couldn't get any weirder, I get an email that financials don't work. The error message is just a colon. Pops up when you hit proceed. Even happens on a brand new financial report. Any ideas?

The possibilities are endless. Happens on all workstations? Which PU? Rebuild the GL indicies? Sell them SI?

Does it happen in ABC company?

don't have ABC on here, but in the other companies that only have GL and AP, I get Error 12 PR0xxx does not exist. It happens on all workstations where it has been attempted (at least 3).

This error was reported here before and @JaneScanlan posted this resolution. by Jane Scanlan This turned out to be a JobOps issue. 1. Access Data File Display and Maintenance - SY_ClassEnhancement.M4T file 2. Locate and select record SYS158JT410001.SYS158SY_REPORT 3. Remove the record with the StandardClass$ field set to SY_REPORT I need to learn how to reference to another thread.

We also grab all the technical info such as this and save it into an Evernote knowledgebase. It's not perfect by any means by you can sync the data and bring it with you on your mobile device. Yeah, it's kinda a 4th place to look ( after Sage's 3 KBs).

Just an FYI 2013 R2Flash not only doesn't fix this problem it puts the record back so you have to remove it again. Does JobOps even pretend to do QC anymore??

I think they outsourced the QC to Sage
