Ok, I've kept myself completely clueless on this new sage website working on non-sage stuff and of course I go to login and my old username and password doesn't work. Complete noob question, where do I login and how do I get a new user id and password?

I read that you only receive the e-mail once you've completed the courses on SageU... which would explain why I haven't received mine yet.

Which courses would those be?? I did NOTHING re: the portal and I got mine.

@ThereseLogeais - you already had a login from the Accpac side, right?

Hmm, not sure. Not personally since we merged with another Accpac partner a few years ago and my name isn't even on the account (or at least, wasn't). I don't think that's it as I had to log in under them to access any info. But good guess!
