Sage 100

Ok I know this has been posted before and I have read them but not sure what I actually have to do . I have a IT guy that is worth ..... and my head is spinning on this matter. Just installed sage 100 adv 2013 onto 2008 server where their 4.30 is installed was All good till we tried to email the paperless invoices in 4.30 . Neither version works actually on the server . They are going live in about 3 weeks so more worried about the 2013 v. Second on the 4.30 version one workstation can't do paperless all of a sudden. Tried to set up the port c:\users\public\sage and it won't allow it. I told the IT guy that it must be her security but he has no clue !!!! Any thoughts on this issue also?

That looks like an XP machine - therefore no C:\Users\

Well using @ToddMartin document via @BarbaraGoldstein link looks like it fixed it. Thank you !!! Ended up deleting the printer and having it recreate it in MAS seemed to fix the paperless issue.
