Ok has anyone ever heard of the SO line qty,price and extension disappear? On Sage 2016 sp 3 ACS multi bin. All the items for the order you can see but with no qty,price or extension. If you go to the line of one of the items to put in a qty it says you don't have a item entered. They have called Sage and they could not figure out what happened. Nothing in the activity log and Sage rebuilt the files . Any thoughts would really be appreciated ?

Interesting. I have a client that ran into the issue in v2016 AND had ACS multi bin.... They have since moved onto v2017 and ACS multi bin but haven't reported anything recently. Since it was so random, couldn't troubleshoot. I suggested they press enter or tab before move off the line tab.

Don't recall. Will inquire From the client. **For us, the entire line was disappearing. It was very difficult to troubleshoot and I don't know that we ever found an exact cause. I think we narrowed it down to it disappearing when it was the last line on the SO and there was a comment line after it. But I can't be sure. And the girls don't remember the solution. Sorry! Hope they figure it out!**
