Is 2024 on the same machine as 2022? Maybe run regcom.bat as admin from C:\ProgramData\Sage\Common Components

Are both the systems 32-bit or both 64-bit?  (You can't have a mix of architectures on the same machine).

I have gotten this error when the server time is set manually and it's off from atomic time.  Check the Windows server time to see if it's set to automatic sync or not

Things have gone from bad to worse.  Now both 2022 and 2024 only get as far as creating a task in task manager but no screen appears...anyone seen this and have any ideas?  Broadcast shutdown flag is N.

Alt+Space, M, arrow keys...

Things have gone from bad to worse.  Now both 2022 and 2024 only get as far as creating a task in task manager but no screen appears...anyone seen this and have any ideas?  Broadcast shutdown flag is N.

Doesn't seem to be it - happening for all users on the terminal server and for me on the main server as well.  All from RDP session so i can't seem to send that key combo though.

Delete / rename the Sage 100 folder in My Documents?
