Sage 100

Office Merge will not print on workstation after generating the document. She can not print or save the document . It is like it is view only. Any thoughts would really be appreciated!!!

What version of Sage? New workstation? What if she reboots workstations? Anything different?

2015 - no not a new workstation. No we are just starting to use it. I created the doc template and put it on their server. We can merge the data fine and see it but her Word is like it is in view mode.

Ok had her reboot a second time and that did it !! Not sure why it didn't work the first time but all is good. Thanks @JeffSchwenk
