Hi - I'm not sure if it was Office365, but for two customers recently, we have had to add a slight "wait" between emails (done as an MD) because the speed at which the emails were being sent caused some type of spam detection to activate at the "isp/mail processor".
Specific testing, changing only the amount of pause between the emails, showed that this resolved the issue 100%. It didn't happen on small batches of emails even if they were sent with no wait between the emails.
I am not sure if this is the case here, but it would be a great feature for Sage to add to the system - the ability to add a pause between emails - something the user can specify.... where it would default to 0, so there would be no change required unless the user wanted to activate this feature...

Not an expert on Office 365, but doesn't Office 365 become the e-mail provider? SMTP is outlook.office365.com.

I've seen this issue. It's typically the email provider that has a daily limit, not O365.
