Off-Plan Customer Communication
An off-plan customer, who we are actively working with to win back to 100c, called and said he had a message from someone at Sage, paraphrased as follows:
""You are not on a current maintenance plan, so we wanted to let you know we cannot sell you any more modules.""
There was probably something additional about getting back on plan. The customer was not real happy and is asking himself if he really wants to continue with Sage. I'm wondering where Sage is getting these new people who make these calls.
