  • 1.  Odd Crystal Error

    I have never seen this message before.  I checked to make sure that their data was valid (no bad dates, etc) and nothing.   The really weird thing was that the report had a field on the form that clearly was supposed to be from the data in Sage but was not an existing field.   I tested removing it and verifying the data with no change.     I wound up using a previous version of the report which seemed to be ok but am very curious if anyone has any insight.

    What version of Sage?  I was going to theorize a bad date field but you ruled that out.

    Ya, that was my first thought in spite of the 103.   I THINK they are on 2016 (standard install on a single workstation)- I very rarely work with this client.

    Hey Jeff, they got the same error in a different custom report.  Both were looking at SO history so I did a lookup in SO history and got an record missing error in the lookup.  Rebuilt the files which reported a "missing" key - afterwards all was good.   So there was a missing key somewhere along the way.
