Occaisonally, I will have a user un-dock the Tasks window on the launcher. This is a pain, but can usually be redocked w/o too much trouble. That is until now... I have a user that seems to have 'lost' his Task menu - does anyone know how I can recover this?

Make sure the launcher menu when minimized is expanded to show the view (trees) and the view tasks is checked. Once you see the undocked tasks... Double-click on top of task windows.

View trees is normal... I will check on view tasks. Thanks

Or try this 1.Close Sage MAS 90 or 200. 2.Select from Windows Start / Run. In the 'Open' field, enter ""REGEDIT"" (without quotes) and click 'OK'. 3.From the Registry Editor, select HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Sage / Sage MAS 90 Business Desktop sub tree. 4.Right-click the 'Sage MAS 90 Business Desktop' sub key and click the 'Delete' button. 5.Close the Registry Editor and restart Sage MAS 90 or 200. Keys may vary slightly depending on the version

I don't know whose brainstorm it was to allow undock (which invariably happens with stray mouse clicks) but there should be an option on setup to turn the feature off.

I would vote for a turn off or restore to default feature; however, we have a number of clients who have their private task lists and minimize the desktop screen.
