@Doug Higgs, Yes, after the new update was released, I turned updates back on and updated now. It took me to the bad build and I received the error after it was installed and Excel opened back up. I updated now again and got the good update and no error.

Solution ID: 231030223256853 does not indicate a hotfix is being developed.
This is going to affect everyone whether they use SI or not.
Did anyone just try disabling the add-ins if the user doesn't use SI?
Mine has not updated yet, so I caught it and disabled updates.

Sage engineering is working on a hotfix for this. It has to do with the Microsoft Office update 2310 last week. It's not compatible with Sage Intelligence.

My Excel had the error upon opening this morning. I have a client who reported the error went away if they disabled Power BI, so I wonder if something in SI is similar. (I use SI but was not running an SI report when I got the error - I just opened Excel.)
And I just Googled for how to set it back, because I'm NOT a network person, and found this, which did work. Someone may have a quicker way.

Sage is saying that if the Microsoft update 23.10 was installed then you need to rollback to 23.09 in order for Sage Intelligence to work.
