I didn't think about that with the alias.
Create a shared mailbox, add Admin@ as a member. From can be the shared mailbox email address it does not need to be a paid account.

I tried the alias, it worked but when it came through it said it was from the user that authenticated (Admin@). I cannot do a shared because these are just bogus emails like no-reply@, accounting@, etc. There is no account for them to be shared.

The user who authenticates must be a real user account, from address can be a shared mailbox. I have never tried, but I am sure the from could also be an alias email for the authentication account.
