OASIS Social Cast Renewal Billing - Renewal Invoices will be sent (via Paperless e-mail) over the next couple days for the SC OASIS support group. The renewal billing period is 11/1/12 - 10/31/13. Please watch for these invoices. Payment is DUE by 10/31/12. We will start terminating accounts shrtly after 11/1 if payment has not been received. Please contact me if you have any questions or have not received your invoice by Wednesday evening. Checks (preferred) or Cash is accepted. Sorry no credit cards at this time! If you want to add users, please let me know ASAP so I can issue the correct invoice amount.

It is very important to pay attention to these deadlines if you intend to renew - remember that this is an entirely volunteer group and as such everyone who is helping to administer the group also has a full time day job. We do not allocate time for collections or making calls to see if people intend to renew. Your timely payment is your indication to renew. If we do not receive payment by the deadline we assume that you do not intend to renew. Please allow time for the check to reach us IN ADVANCE of the deadline. Please help us by paying prompt attention to the due dates. NOTE THE NEW REMITTANCE ADDRESS WHICH WILL BE ON THE INVOICE. Thanks!!

All OASIS contributors - The 2012 - 2013 invoicing has been completed. All participants have been invoiced. If you have multiple individuals participating, one invoice was sent to the e-mail address of the individual who initiated the process last year. If you aren't sure who that is, drop me a PM. All payments are due by the 31st of this month.

Just a reminder to check with your AP departments to verify that payment for your renewal invoice is in the works. I still have 13 companies still outstanding. Month end is fast approaching!!!!!

Final notice. Just sent out a reminder to the outstanding accounts that there are only two days left to get your payment sent in. Failure to respond by Wednesday will result in the cancellation of your membership. If your company is on the attached list, you are in jeapordy of losing access to the OASIS group on Thursday. Please let me know ASAP what your status is!!!!!!
