Now that our registration deadline for affiliates has passed and we know which of the affiliates will be attending, and speaking, does it make sense to schedule a call with each of them to go over (a) audience, (b) their presentation ?
I'll bet most of them are wondering what to talk about as much as we wonder what THEY will talk about -- and would welcome some guidance and insight.
Perhaps start with an FAQ on the group makeup/background.
This might also be a good opportunity to talk with the affiliates who are publishers - xTuple, Acumatica, SAP, Sage to set their expectations. I know there's been some discussion that some of these affiliates are in the business track. It probably would be helpful to provide them with some guidance on topics.
In the past we've provided guidance ""don't make it be a sales pitch"" -- and some affiliates misinterpreted and didn't talk about their products.
