Now that Budgeting and Planning is available ""free"" with 100c, I'm working to get on our demo environment up and running since the Web Viewer is not installed in the Demo Image files . Of course, the one piece that I can't get working is the piece I'm getting asked to demo to a client. What's the secret to getting the Web Viewer to function? Documentation for the install seems to be just about non-existent (unless I'm looking in the wrong spot). Knowledgebase has 1 solution on 404 messages and as far as I can tell I've been through the whole document. The question of properly working with CRM installed as well will come up too I'm sure since they both want port 80 by default. Has anyone gotten these to work effectively? They would be a huge bump in productivity to the Budget process with a few clients.

I haven't tried to get anything working yet. Leanne Lowe shared these with me. Hopefully they'll help.

Join the club. We have been struggling with the web viewer. I think it is in our IIS settings. but still haven't got it right.

Finally got this working in the Sage Demo Image environment. Seems to work better in IE/Edge than Chrome. There are a few popups that you need to allow when it runs the first time with a good login. Once those are accepted, seems to work well. Honestly, so far, I'm happy with how much you can manage in the Web Viewer. I was expecting it to be more of a limited environment, but that's not the case. Very surprised... for once in a good way.

I believe they said they are working on an interface other than IE but for now that is a requirement. Points to the lack of attention paid to the product. As evidenced by the dates of the demo company data.
