Now I'm schooling Kevin Rooker in the maintenance billing situation at Sage. Wonder if I've hit top of the food chain or if it goes higher than him.

He answers to Langner according to the charts we have seen in the last couple of weeks.

They all call me like I'm making up stories. The conversation always closes with ""oh yeah we know about that"" ....

Just had a call from a EU that called Sage for a support issue and was told they were off maintenance. I'm 99% sure they renewed within the last year. Are there issue like this that maintenance is renewed, but lost in the system?

We haven't had any. Lucky?? What does the Mighty ATLAS say?

@MyronStevenson We follow the entire paperflow from price to order placement to reviewing online that Sage committed the order. We've seen situations in the past where Sage didn't advance the expiration date. We do not trust Sage at all.
